Madappally Grama Panchayat Against Drug Abuse: ‘Operation Thoofan 2.0’

Under the leadership of Madappally Grama Panchayat, the elected representatives and employees of the Grama Panchayat actively participated in the state-level live-streamed inauguration of ‘Operation Thoofan 2.0’, an anti-drug awareness campaign, and took the anti-drug pledge.

All the elected representatives, employees, and members of the public who attended the programme jointly took the ‘Thoofan Anti-Drug Pledge’. The programme highlighted the importance of public participation in eliminating drug abuse from society.

State-Level Live Broadcast

The state-level inauguration ceremony, conducted by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, was streamed live by KILA (Kerala Institute of Local Administration) for everyone to watch.

The inauguration ceremony of ‘Operation Thoofan 2.0’ concluded with a strong message that the entire community should join hands to build a better and drug-free tomorrow.
