Visit any nearby Akshaya Centre with the required documents. Applications can be submitted online through Akshaya Centres.

💻 Direct Online Application (Sevana Pension Portal)
Applications can be submitted directly through the Kerala Government's Sevana Social Security Pension Portal or with the assistance of online service centres.

📂 Important Documents Required
- Aadhaar Card.
- Age Proof Certificate.
- Ration Card.
- Electoral Identity Card.
- Annual Income Certificate (issued by the Village Office).
- Copy of Bank Passbook (for receiving pension directly into the bank account).
- Passport-size Photograph.
- Additional documents required for specific pension schemes:
- Disability Pension – Medical Board Certificate / Disability Identity Card.
- Widow Pension – Husband's Death Certificate and Certificate proving that the applicant has not remarried.
- Pension for Unmarried Women – Certificate proving that the applicant is unmarried.
