Social Security Pensions and Welfare Fund Pensions

The major Social Security Pensions and Welfare Fund Pensions sanctioned by the Government of Kerala through Madappally Grama Panchayat (Local Self-Government Institutions) are listed below:

Major Pension Schemes

(Old Age Pension)

Provided to eligible senior citizens who have attained 60 years of age, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria.

(Widow Pension)

Pension provided to women whose husbands have passed away, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria..

(Disability Pension)

Provided to individuals with physical or mental disabilities exceeding the prescribed percentage.

 

(Pension for Unmarried Women)

Provided to unmarried women aged 50 years and above.

 

(Agricultural Labourer Pension)

Pension provided to eligible agricultural workers through the Agricultural Workers' Welfare Fund Board and the Grama Panchayat.
